Replacing the key fob that locks unlocks panics?

Ford didn't offer remote start as a factory option on the trucks. You have either a dealership or other aftermarket unit installed. As such you need to drop the panels under the dashboard and see if you can locate the remote module box. Then look on it for a make and model and an FCC ID. Then you can look that up and see if you can get a replacement fob. Directed made a lot of the dealer installed kits.

Yeah it makes it harder but usually they tuck them up behind the driver's side and tap into the wiring. From there you should be able to get the info and search for the proper remotes.
