Randomly shut off in traffic and red lightning Bolt appeared

Truck was fine then just randomly shut off in traffic and red lightning bolt appeared on dash. Started back up but was rough. Shut off again 5 minutes later and still wont start.

The red lightning bolt is a warning indicator for your vehicle's Throttle Control System. I have included the factory diagnostic troubleshooting guides for this warning indicator in the diagrams down below. Please go through this guide and get back to us with what you are able to find out. It will require you to use a multi-meter, so I have included this link below for you to go to, if you are unfamiliar with how to use one.
