While driving truck at first when I take off I hear metal on metal that stops I hear a whistling noise I put on the brakes and noise stops on inner rear tire I see some gear oil thought it was the fan making noise but the sound is coming from the rear end after the truck warms up the noise is not that loud

With the truck in neutral and the wheel blocked to prevent it from rolling, raise the suspected tire and try to shake it up and down and from side to side and then rotate it listening for noises. If it has movement, it could be a sign of a bad bearing.
Next, remove the tire to get a better view and to check inside of the drum or behind the rotor for signs of axle fluid leaking.
If these problems exist, the axle bearing and seal will have to be replaced (replace both sides).
