The rear AC does not change in temperature and only blows hot. I suspect that the rear blend door actuator needs replaced. Where is it located? I have already done the driver mode door and blend door and I am not sure where the rear blend door is. I suspect it may be under the center console or behind the radio possibly?

It's the one on the passenger side behind the glove box. It looks like a single unit but there are actually 2 actuators in the same housing. GM# 1573291
To get to it you remove the trim panel under the glove box, then if it has the CD changer, it has to come out, then you remove the screws and the compartment. With it out the actuator in on the case. Remove the two screws and remove the actuator.
Now if you have a scan tool you can use it to recalibrate the actuators. OR if not locate the HVAC BAT Fuse in the rear left fuse block under the seat. Pull that for at least a minute. (I like to pull it, then work on the actuators) when the minute is up plug the fuse in and turn on the key and let them calibrate. You can test the door using pliers to move the shafts to be sure it isn't a broken door.
