Rear AC/heater not blowing

My rear AC/heater quit working in the rear. I have to hit the side panel where the blower is to get it to work again. I have to do this basically every time I start the vehicle.

This is common when the blower motor goes out. To be sure here is a guide that will help you test it and the blower motor replacement instructions in the diagrams below:
