Rattling noise coming from the front?

A few days ago while driving I was hearing rattling noises coming from the front of my truck. It’s driving great other hearing the noise. When I pressed down on the bumper, I hear noise on the passenger side only.
Any idea as to what it could possibly be?

Thanks for the video it helps. it sounds like a sway bar or control arm bushing is dry or worn out, I would raise the front of the vehicle and sue a flashlight to help inspect the bushings. This guide can help see the parts you should be checking:
