I've changed the front axle shaft, springs, shocks, and sway bar bushings. But this noise persists. It only happens from a stop, when moving slowly and while turning sharply. Usually making U-turn on driving in neighborhoods. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the video. Is the noise coming from the front, left or right side? If so, it sounds like the bearing hubs in the front need to be replaced. Here is how the job is done and the part needed on Amazon:

Check out the images (below). Please let us know how it goes.

Thank you so much for your response. When making sharp turns to replicate the sound. It's definitely coming from the driver's side. But it sounds more like the center of the car.

Yep, that sounds like the bearing hub, you might be able to raise the front of the car to spin each tire to see if you can hear any noises.

Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
