Caradiodoc said certain reset circuits for transistors could become faulty and we. Never know it of course if radio does stop, but mine is a “new” used car.
Just had PCM replaced, of course battery is in great shape.
Can the reset circuits for radio transistors be reprogrammed? Are theses reprogram circuits inside the radio?
Mine is original with 4 CD down below.
Had headliner replaced and video stuff in overhead removed.
I have only owned car for two months and original owner had it sitting for several years.
Is there a decent after market that has wi fi and aux plugin available?

Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.

Does the radio turn on? Have you checked fuses? Honestly, I have never heard of a relearn or reset for the transistors in the radio.

Let me know if it turns on at all. For example, does it turn on and there is no sound? Does the clock work? Do the channels change?

As far as aftermarket systems, I recommend checking different sites which offer automotive audio equipment. If you are looking for one with wi fi, that may be harder to find.

Let me know,
Joe
