How do I remove the top fan of the radiator fan to get to the motor?

The screws to unscrew it are being blocked by the fan so I can’t reach them. So how do I pull these front fan blades off?

Yes, you need to remove the fan blade before you can replace the fan motor, here is a guide to help and instructions for your car in the images below.
