radiator cooling fans do not turn on and the A/C blows warm air?

The ac blows warm, and the clutch does not engage. The radiator fans don't turn on, but the car does not overheat. If you disconnect the A/C high pressure switch the radiator fan turns on high. Checked the fuses and relays seem fine.

The system will not turn on if it is low on refrigerant, here is a video that will show you how you can check it and add if needed.

You can use a flashlight to inspect the A/C hoses and compressor to see if any are wet, this means they are leaking. Please go over these guides and get back to us.
