After driving for a short time my car will start to sputter and shut off. I noticed that my radiator fan and condenser fan will not turn on. I've replaced the coolant temp sensor, relay and checked fuses and both fans still do not work. Any suggestions?

This vehicle has a separate temperature switch just for the fans, it's located on the thermostat housing. Is that the one you replaced? This is not the coolant temperature sensor. This vehicle also has a radiator fan control timer. It is under the right side of the dash, by the evaporator case.

No. The one I replaced was the coolant temp sensor on the right side of the engine under the distributor. Could either of the sensors you mentioned cause my vehicle to sputter after the engine warms up and feels like it's going to cut off?

No, not likely but could be why your fans aren't running, as for the other problem I would suspect a fuel related issue such as a dirty filter or something along those lines, but you really should have it diagnosed by a shop to be sure.
