Quad driver four error

Hello, when the car is driven fifteen to twenty minutes it shuts off and will not restart or if it does it shuts off again until it cools down. The temperature reads higher than normal, and will show a low coolant light (has full coolant level) idle is high but some times goes to normal then shuts off. I hooked up my scanner and it shows that the quad driver four is bad. Please help!

So what's the exact code number not code description?It's saying there is a fault somewhere in the quad driver circuit that the quad driver controls. Not just a bad quad controller which is part of the computer. When it stalls and won't start what are you loosing spark or fuel?

Quad driver 4 is for the cooling fan circuit and controls on the 95 Lumina. Check the fan relay, temp sensor power and grounds.

I should have stated first, when I ran codes on my scanner it showed codes in the history and no current codes. On my scanner you can see live readings (I don't remember at the moment what its called) I'm going to do more testing today. Thank you for your help

Yesterday I had a fuel pressure gauge connected and I started the car and let it idle for about 20 minutes then it died the fuel pressure stayed at 42 psi until it died. The fuel pressure went up when it died which I'm thinking that it went up because no fuel was being used, so the next thing would be to check for spark. Let me know your thoughts. Thank you
