Putting a separate Holley ECU to run engine sensors and fuel injection

Hi, I am planning on installing a Holley ECU to run all the sensors. Truck has a Holley multi port system on it now. When I disconnect the harness from the factory ECU. Will the automatic still shift using the speed sensor and the signals from the transmission buffer?

Hello,

It will work if the new computer if the new computer is set up that way, the best thing to do is call Holley support and ask.

Please let us know what happens. I am curious ;)
