Code P1258, where is the coolant sensor located?

The car listed above is an LTZ model. So, my starter needs to be replaced. So, when I went into the liquor store for chips, I left the car running to avoid needing to start the car again. However, when I went to reverse out of the parking spot my car started to kind of shudder and then it popped up hot engine/AC off or something. Then it shut off and my temperature gauge was all the way hot. I left the car parked for a few hours being I live across the street so it could cool down and then went to check on it and hooked my code reader up and the code P1258 came up. So, I went and got the coolant sensor but can't for the life of me no matter how many videos I've watched find the darn location to replaced it. Would anyone be able to point me in the direction of it? It seems like each video I've seen doesn't have the clearest view of its location, but I see it's a very simple fix but if only I could find it.

The code P1258 is for the protection of the engine because the computer detects an overheating condition. When this happened did you hear the radiator cooling fans on? Here is a guide that can help and the location of the engine coolant temperature sensor in the diagrams below:
