At all speeds the car feels like it has a flat spot on the tire and the steering wheel pulls right

Hello,

If you have a pull to the side as you are driving, it is likely due to alignment issue.
Get the alignment checked and corrected if it is off.
Keep in mind that bad alignment will wear off your tires faster and will have uneven wear on them.
If the alignment is severely off then it can put more stress on the suspension components and make them wear off the bushings faster.

Inspect the tires to see if you can find flat spots.
