Replaced radiator and spark plugs. Now it's having trouble codes P0204 P0135 P0837. Not wanting to start and if it does it won't run long doesn't want to move when in reverse or drive transmission. Trouble codes P1762 and 1763 were present as well. So I changed governor pressure sensor and solenoid and it still throws those codes every now and again. Replaced fuel injectors, fan relay, oil filter, camshaft position sensor, oil pressure sensor, temperature sensor, fan and shroud, water pump and I'm in the process of changing the head gasket now. All these issues happened at the same time, I'm assuming from many years of neglect but I've only had it for almost one year. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi,

Wow, the codes are all over the place. You have already done a lot. After looking through everything, I see one correlation and that's they are all controlled by the PCM.

The PCM is next to the coolant overflow reservoir (see pic 1). Check to make sure nothing was disconnected, damaged, or loose. Also, I want you to check the auto shutdown relay (ASD) and the transmission control relay. Both are under the hood in the power distribution box. (see pic 2)

Here is a link that explains how to test a relay:

Let me know what you find.

Take care,

Joe

I appreciate that. Planning on taking a look at it today to see what can be done about it.

Alright after further investigation I now see that bolt on the cover for wiring on plastic box under passenger side glove box is too tight caused a lot of wires to break.

Hi,

That isn't good. Are the wires to the PCM? Can you upload a pic of where the wires are so I can see them. Hopefully, I'll recognize it and be able to get you a wiring schematic.

Let me know.

Joe
