Key fob not working properly

Not sure if anyone will know about this but I will shoot my shot.

The problem I am having is that when I press the unlock button twice on my remote key, the only door that unlocks is the driver's side door and not the passenger doors. I thought maybe the remote needed a new battery so I got a new one and changed it. Well, it did not fix the issue. My father cleaned the battery terminals on the car and still nothing. I reprogrammed the remote to the car and also still nothing. Someone please help if you know anything!
