Where does the blue wire with black stripe (power wire) get its power from? I tested for power but none. I check all the inside and outside fuses to the best of my knowledge and all looked okay. I think It has to be a fuse or a relay? But which one and where?

Hello, I'm Danny.

I've attached the blower motor wiring diagram below. It looks like black/blue wire runs from blower motor to blower high relay, control panel, and power transistor. Power wire blue/white comes from blower motor relay to blower motor. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.

Welcome to 2CarPros!

According to the wiring diagrams, the blue with black stripped wire is actually the control side of the blower motor. Power is supplied on the blue with white stripe. Its power comes from the blower motor relay in the Power Distribution Center under the hood (right rear corner of engine compartment). Power to the load side of the relay comes from Fuse 55 located in the same PDC. You'll also need to check Fuse 17 in the fuse panel under the dash, to the left of the steering column. This fuse is powered up with the key on and supplies power to the control side of the relay. If both of these fuses are good and you still have no power on the blue with white wire, there's most likely an issue with the blower motor relay. The link below walks you through the process to check relay functionality.

Attached is a diagram of the power supply circuits along with a layout of the under-hood PDC.
