The power locks and windows are not working

The power locks and windows are not working, blower does not work and the top for the convertible is not working. I installed a new battery but it drained over night. The lights work. what could it be?

There must be a main fuse or fusible link out, here are some wiring diagrams and a guide to help you get the problem fixed.
