Power steering not working after replacing the pump

Replaced the power steering pump and still doesn't work.

Hello,

Can you tell us the issue you had before the replacement of the pump?

Also, what other components did you replace while replacing the pump?

It is possible to have a defective pump.
Also, the pump might not work properly if the belt is too loose.
