Power steering noise?

You ever seen this before? This has an electric power steering. Am trying to figure out whether the issue is under the dash or under the hood. Seems like the noise is under the steering.

If you sent a video or other media it didn't make it. However, if it's any sort of noise that is under the dash it would likely be the steering assist motor as it is just behind the dash. Under the hood is nothing but a manual rack and pinion.
There is a TSB on the inner drive isolator on them, it can wear and cause a clicking sound or if you turn the wheel to the lock it may make a thud sound like it is loose. This is the TSB - Hyundai - 17-ST-002
