I inherited this vehicle from my dad and I am having a problem with the fluid in the power steering reserve leaking. Do not know if it is coming from the pump or anything, but I turn the steering wheel to the left and right and it makes a noise it is leaking the fluid and I do not know where it is leaking from. What could be the problem here for this to happen? I am hoping it is not the rack and pinion. Rather it be the power steering pump. Please help me with this. I also have a traction light with the diamond on the top of it that does not want to go away. I have taken it to the dealer and they erased it later to come back on. Does anyone have this similar problem too? If so. What was the solution? Thank you whole heartily.

Hello,

Lets fix one problem at a time. Can make a new post for the additional question. It sounds like the pump is leaking but lets find out for sure. Jack the car up and support it on jack stands. Here is the guide:

use a flashlight and try to see where the fluid is coming from.

Please let us know what you find.

Cheers, Ken
