Positive spark and Fuel no start?

Honestly feel like I have tried everything. Here are some of the things new starter, new solenoid, new ICM.

I have tried testing the voltage at the coil on the positive siding run position and it appears to have 6 V. When I turn it over, I have fuel coming into the carb, the coil has spark, which is being sent to the spark plugs, but still have no start.

Can someone please give me some advice? Thanks, John.

Sure, I can help you get it running, the first 6 volts sounds low, it should be 10 to 12 volts. Next, how does the engine sound while cranking? Can you upload shaft video? That way I can tell if the engine is in okay condition.

This guide can help as well:

Please go over this video as well, which can give us more information on what is missing.

The power source to the coil is supplied by the ignition switch, red/wht. I would test the voltage with the coil disconnected FYI. Please go over these guides and get back to us.
