1981 Porsche 911 Car wont start, never had this problem bef

The battery is fully charged, but the car wont start. It wont turn over, when turning the key, it makes a weird sound like something is blowing or hissing. I just drove it yesterday, it was fine, started right up as it always does. Today, it wont start, making weird noise.

Replaced starter and still no start, the hissing sound is your fuel pump, I suspect bad rebuilt starter. IF you fix your problem please inform me. Likewise here.
