I have replaced new spark plugs, ignition coils, throttle body, and catalytic converters and sensors.

I would check the air filter and if it is okay. Let's do a fuel pressure test because it sounds like the fuel pump is weak. Here are two guides that can help us with instructions on how to change the fuel pump in the images below:

and

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-fuel-system-pressure-and-regulator

Fuel Pressure
Fuel pressure at idling .................... Approximately 350 kPa (3.57 kg/sq.cm, 51 psi)

You can rent a fuel pressure gauge from the auto parts store for cheap or free. Also, we should run the codes as well.

This video can help you drain the fuel:

Here is the fuel pump for $51.00:

Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.

Forgot to add that it's throwing codes P0300 and $0010. Not P0010 but $0010. Thanks you, I'm changing the filter today and checking the fuel pump.

I know you said $0010 which is not a code? Could it be the scan tool is having an issue?

P0300 - Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected:
This code indicates that the engine's computer (ECU) has detected a random misfire occurring in multiple cylinders. A misfire means that one or more cylinders are not firing properly, which can lead to poor engine performance, reduced fuel efficiency, and potential damage to the catalytic converter. Common causes of a random misfire include faulty spark plugs, ignition coils, fuel injectors, vacuum leaks, or issues with the engine's compression.

P0010 - "A" Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit (Bank 1):
This code indicates that there is an issue with the variable valve timing (VVT) system on the "A" camshaft for bank 1. The VVT system is responsible for adjusting the camshaft timing to optimize engine performance and efficiency at different RPMs. A malfunction in the VVT system can lead to reduced engine performance, poor fuel economy, and potentially increased emissions. The cause of this code may be due to a faulty camshaft position actuator solenoid, wiring issues, or low engine oil levels.
