Cannot remove rear brake drum for inspection of shoes.
I have tried tapping drum to try & loosen. Rear Brakes and parking brake work fine. Wheel spins freely without brakes applied. Thanx5

There should be two threaded holes in drum. Insert bolts (you can get them at any hardware store) and this will help you remove drum.

Also remove inspection rubber on inside of rear brake housing (under wheel cylinder, I believe). Insert screwdriver and rotate adjusting screw to pull shoes in, away from drum contact.

In some cases the shoes have cut a groove into drum and they can be difficult to remove.
