1995 Pontiac Sunfire Rear Speakers

How do remove the back deck to replace the exsisting factory speakers with new ones?

When you fold down the seat you will see 2 plastic panels that go across the back. In each of those panels are two snaps or rivits. Pull those off. Maybe use something like a wedge and pry them off of the panels. The panels can be removed after you get the snaps out. Lift up the carpet the covers the speakers. You can remove the carpet. Its a pain in the butt. The way that was eaiser for me was to us a stick on bot sides of where the speakers was to hold the carpet up. The speakers are held in with screws. Take them out and put the new ones in.
