I have a 2001 Pontiac Montana with the following problem.

With ignition on both turn signals on the dashboard are always lit up.

When activated passenger side turn signals work fine front and back of vehicle and dash board signal blinks.

When activated driver side turn signals front, back of vehicle and dashboard light up but DO NOT blink.

When hazzard lights are activated both signals are lit on dashboard but do not blink and no hazzard light blink front or back of vehicle.

Please help

On my 97, I discovered the socket(s) on the rear driver and passenger sides, burned out. The pins got hot, where the bulb(s) socket and melted it.
I was able to repair it but you may end up having to either have dealer replace, or go to salvage yard and find a replacement that works. Very poor design on GM's part in my opinion. But yes it is more than likely either bad bulb or bad sockets causing the problem.
Look carefully at the sockets. Took me no time to fix it but a long time playing with it to discover the problem. You wiggle the bulb(s) while it is flashing with the turn signal assembly out of the vehicle and you will discover the problem more than likely.
