I have a Pontiac Montana 2002 3.4 litre engine and it is a V6 engine and the mileage is 93.000 Miles there is a amber light in the dashboard and it has a oil can with a wrench Since last week and it stays for 30 sec. Yesterday I replaced the oil with 10w40 motor oil and a filter and the amber light still stays there where do I check the oil pressure?

You need an external gauge that will screw into the Oil pressure sending unit hole. You need enough hose to get the gauge up to the windshield. Duct tape to the windsheild and get it up to 55-60 mph when you check it.

You may have an intake gasket going south, are you losing any coolant or oil?

It sounds like you need to reset your oil change notification counter. This is done by pressing the trip meter reset button (located in the instrument cluster) 3 times to get to the oil life counter, (cycling through trip A, trip B, then the oil life indicator) which indicates in a percentage of life remaining. If probably reads 0. Reset to 100 by holding the button in for approx. 5 seconds. Your orange light should no longer come on when starting. This should be reset any time you change your oil.
