IT LOOKS LIKE THE RAIN IS COMING IN FROM THE HEATER FAN. DO I HAVE TO TAKE THE INTERIOR COMPLETELY APART TO FIX THIS AND HOW DO I GO ABOUT FIXING IT MYSELF?

I too have a Pontiac GP 2003 that had a wet passenger floor.

After a lot of searching online and talking to a dealership, I found the solution. I have not had any water problems since.

GM Has a water deflector that replaces the rubber guard that has likely fallen off. This is a picture of the part that has likely fallen off: (see picture 1)

This is the part you will replace it with: (see picture 2)

The GM Part Number is 15794785. I purchased it for about $9 from a GM dealer. Installed it myself following instructions from this site:

GM realeased a TSB (service bulletin)
TSB # 030857006

When you give the name just mention the TSB # 030857006
