When i'm making a left or right turn going slow I hear a noise in front end I don't know what side it's coming from p.S. Not all the time

Raise car, put on stands and inspect the inner and outer CV boots. Look for any leakage, cracks in the boot.
If leaking, the CV axles will have to be replaced or re-booted.
