How can I find out if I have a non-interference engine in my car?

It doesn't have a timing belt. IF that was where you were going. I don't believe that if the chain broke that there would be any clashing going on based on the r and R procedure of the chain.

I wouldn't replace the chain regardless. We have yet to have to replace a chain on those. By the time the chain needs to be replaced other problems have that lead to engine replacement or the car is just plain worn out. I wouldn't give it a 2nd thought. IT's a good engine, intake manifold gaskets are the biggest problem with those.

That would be much appreciated. We spend an enormous amount of time helping people regardless of the Donation.

There are some folks that are in bind that truley can not afford to. But the ones that can and do take advantage of our services really should make an effort. This is a great site and it would be ashame if this trial period of donations doesn't fly.
