My check engine light came on, had the code read and suggested fuel evaperator problems. Replaced gas cap and also a fuel pump. Not sure what the next step is. Fuel pump is now not working for the second time. Used pump only lasted about three months. Not sure if that is the relay or not. What should I look at next.

Replaced relay primed fuel system and got the car running. The car ran at idle for about 20 minutes and then died. Could not start again any suggestions

Start by measuring fuel pressure with mechanical gauge.
