Hello! I was hoping to get your help with my windshield wipers. When I turn them on, I hear them running, but the wipers won't move. They're not iced on or anything. What is the problem?

There is a small plastic cap at base of wiper where it connects to wiper transmission. Remove cap and you will see a nut, make sure nut is tight, if loose, wipers will not rotate on shaft.

If nuts are tight, remove wiper motor and inspect connection to wiper transmission.
