1997 Pontiac Grand Prix radiator flush

I was checking the cooling system and I saw some brown sticky stuff in there. Now the question is if I get it flushed will that sticky stuff clog up my engine during the flush

Drain the existing coolant, refill with water, run to operating temp, drain and refill with water and flush.

If using Dex-Cool, you MAY have a bad intake manifold gasket allowing oil into cooling system.
