1997 Pontiac Grand Prix cold air, but no blow!

Air Conditioning problem
1997 Pontiac Grand Prix V8 124000 miles

the air is cold, but when I turn it up to blow high, the air just trickles out. I hear the motor working, but cant hear it change speeds. Please help!

Do you have auto temp control, or manual a/c?

Manual a/c. And geting more and more "manual" the hotter it is outside!

Ok on the right side of the dash by the a/c plenum locate the blower resistor, test for power at the connector, if there is power, replace the resistor. This one has the high blower relay built into it.

Removal & Installation Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove right-side lower instrument panel insulator panel. Disconnect blower resistor connector located behind right side of dash. Remove blower resistor screws and blower resistor. To install, reverse removal procedure.
