1995 Pontiac Grand Prix my car wont turn over

I need help figuring out why my car won't turn on all the power in the car works the sterio an lights everything its just when I turn the key to turn it on it clicks by the fuse box an the thats it the starter doesnt even try to turn nothing. Just a click by the fuse box

Remove the battery connections and clean them, both power and ground. Remove starter and have it bench tested at most autoparts stores for free.

Starter grounds to block so make sure starter is grounded properly.

Have charging system tested at most autoparts stores for free.

If problem persists, then relay is bad or ign. Switch.
