tempeture of engine 210+ loud knocking has tendisy to lunge slietly in park mode.

While it is possible the knock is a rod or main bearing, they usually start knocking when engine is started.

I would start by checking belts and pulleys, you may have a bad bearing in one or the pulleys or accessories, waterpump, alternator, power steering.
