What position is the cylinder stuck in?Also does the key come out if so does the key look worn down?

Try popping off the ignition cylinder bezel and tapping lightly on the the key hole with a hammer and see if the key will turn then.

My mistake you don't have a bezel on that car. You need to find a small enough ball pen hammer that the small end of the hammer fit's between the the two tong's of the cylinder then tap on the key hole.
