1999 Pontiac Grand Am 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

hi I have a 99 grandam it will start up for about 2 secs and then die it will stay running if u hold the key in the crank positon but as soon as u let it go it quits there is no injector pulse what could cause this?

Check and test injector fuse, injector/s and the computer injector driver to include the ignition switch and oil pressure switch.

We have recently replaced the pcm and the crankshaft position sensor and the cam shaft positon sensor and the ignition switch there still is no pulse we have checked all fuses and there is gas going to the injectors just not spraying

Use a noid lite on the injector harness-don't flash test the wiring

We put the noid light on the injectors and it doesnt do anything we are thinking now maybe the brain ( PCM) needs to be reprogramed? Because it was taken out and put back in and all sorts of parts where replaced

Did you check for power on the injector harness before you hook up the noid lite? If not do so

Yes there is power going to the injectors just not spraying we are thinking maybe the pcm needs to be reprogramed

Sounds like the computer ground driver's for the injector/s are defective
