1998 Pontiac Grand Am car wont stay running

My car will start but dies. When he sprayed starter fluid in air intake car stayed running.

Check the oil pressure sending unit it powers the fuel pump after the engine fires up. Or do this while engine running find the fuel pump relay remove it-did the engine die out if so replace the OPSU.
