1997 Pontiac Grand Am clicking noise

I have a 1997 pontiac grand am that has just recently made a clicking noise when the brakes are applied. Along with this the headlights and dashlights blink off and on when the breaks are applied. I put new brakes on the front tires not too long ago and just had the battery replaced. Any help?

Start by re-checking your brake install, look for abnormal wear on pads and rotors, make sure caliper slide pins are free, not bnding.

Also inspect outer CV boots for cuts/tears or presence of leaking lubricant.
