1996 Pontiac Grand Am car wont start

I came out one day and my car wouldnt start at all. I replaced a ignition module, ignition coils, housing, spark plugs and boots. Then the car started sometimes but when it did start it would seem like it wasnt running on all cylinders. What do you think it could be?
