With Air Conditioning

Blower Case Insulator "Cut" Diagram

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1.Negative battery cable.
2.Generator belt.
3.Generator, set aside.
4.Position engine wiring harness aside.
5.Blower motor electrical connection.
6.Partially cut blower case cover as indicated on cover.

CAUTION:
*Cutting completely around cover is not required.
*Cover thickness is approx. 2 mm (1/8 in.) . Make cut just through thickness of cover. Excessive depth of cut may damage cooling tube.

7.Swing cut out portion of cover down.
8.Blower motor cooling tube.
9.Blower motor retaining screws.
10.Blower motor assembly.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1.Blower motor assembly.
2.Retaining Screws.
3.Blower motor cooling tube.
4.Blower motor cover using 3 retaining clips.
5.Reposition engine wiring harness.
6.Electrical connections.
7.Generator.
8.Generator belt.
9.Negative battery cable.

Without Air Conditioning:
