my car turns over but will not start. Also the dash lights dont come on, including the warning lights

Hello, do some of the basic tests, have a helper crank it, while you have spark at the plugs and injector pulse. Go from there.

To check if the computer is awake, you can check for ref voltage at one of the engine sensors, like the tps, key on, you don't have to crank it. If nothing there, you may have to check some of the feed circuits.
