2002 Pontiac Firebird Head lights

After I cleaned my engine compartment my front head lights don't pop-up any more. I was told it is probable the control module that sends a signal to the head light motors to go up or down. What is your opinon? If, it is the control module where is it and how do I get to it?

It could be something as simple as getting wet. Or you could have burnt a relay by getting it wet. You should have a pro look at this as it's had to diagnose here from what you describe.
