Just replaced both driver side and passenger side headlight motors, when I turn the lights on they both go on but the passenger side door is down and the driver side door is up, I tried unplugging the battery and the module to reset itself but no luck, how can I get them to be in sink.

How could I reverse the wires they are male female connectors that fit into only one way
should I remove and unhook the one that's wrong and exercise the motor once before replacing the motor.

Some after market parts come with wires that have to be spliced. That's why I asked.

Did you try manually winding the other one down? It should have a screw or knob to do that to see if that puts them in synch.

Yes several times they just move opposite

do you think if I unhook the one and exercise the light switch and then re-hook it it should work

It might be worth a try but I'll look at the wiring diagram tonight. There may be a relay issue.
