95 Pontiac Bonneville (130, 00 around) 6v

Hi, my car wont start sometimes and sometimes when I get in my car before I start it my lights will flicker to dim and there is a ticking noise on the right passenger side on the floor area. When I try to start my car my lights in my car will go completely out and nothing will work any more for a little while. Then it starts to click again and lights will start to come on but will not start. Hope you can help, Thanks
