1995 Bonneville will not start does nothing but has lights

Hello, I have a 1995 pontiac bonneville. With 100,000 miles on it. It has a v6 motor my it has been running great. And today my wife turned it off and went to start it back upand it does nothing. All the lights come on the battery is up but nothing. Wondering if it could be the computer chip on the key is bad. Also would all the lights in side on the dash come on if that were bad. Thank you for all your help

It would not be if the car turns into the on position and all the accessories turn on. Turn the lights on and try to crank it, if lights dim the starter may be jammed in the flywheel. If they do not dim check the starter relay and the starter.
