1996 Pontiac Bonneville Car cuts off while driving and Wind

Engine suddenly shuts off while driving and the windows won't function. After car sits for about five minutes, everything works as normal. A short time later the same thing happens. I got a tune up and changed the fuel filter (twice) and that worked for about two weeks. Now the same cycle has started again. Can you help me?

You may have an intermittent problem with the ignition switch? The voltage to the power window circuit breaker circuit, goes hot when you turn on the key. When the problem occurs pull the breaker, use voltage tester on the circuit. If no voltage, I'd check circuits to and from the ignition switch.
